- It is a rectangular-based, open-top shirt box die; together with a separate lid piece placed over it, it forms the classic 2-piece shirt box system.
- There are diagonal cuts and triangular side flaps at the four corners; when these flaps are folded inward, the side walls become double-layered, giving the box additional strength.
- The inner flaps are secured to the base along the long edges, so that the interior surface of the box appears smooth and closed; the cut lines are not visible from the outside.
- It can be customized to the desired dimensions for shirt, textile product, towel, or gift set packaging through parameters such as length, width, height, inner flap size, side flap angle, orientation, and margin.
- It features a mechanical assembly that requires no gluing; thanks to the angled flaps at the corners, it can be shipped flat and quickly set up at the point of use.
- It is suitable for production in different materials such as corrugated board, coated cardboard, or kraft cardboard, and can easily be adapted to brand identity with printed designs.
