- This is a two-piece polygonal box die with an octagonal base, consisting of a separate body and lid; the lid closes over the body following the classic "surprise box" principle.
- The eight side walls of the body are held upright by triangular connecting flaps that fold around the base perimeter; this structure gives the box a seamless one-piece appearance and sturdy corners.
- The lid is designed with the same octagonal geometry as the body but in slightly larger dimensions, allowing it to fit comfortably on top; by adjusting the lid height (c), a deep or shallow lid can be achieved.
- Since the inner diameter, height, and lid height parameters can be freely modified, the die easily adapts to various uses such as gift boxes, chocolate/confectionery presentation, cake or cookie packaging, and cosmetic set boxes.
- With its inner flap, direction, and boundary options, the die can be customized according to the orientation of the inner flaps, production limits, and your layout preferences, making it suitable for the printing and cutting process.
- Thanks to its glue-free interlocking folding design, it can be shipped flat and quickly assembled at the point of use, reducing storage and transportation costs.
