- This template is designed to produce the classic two-piece shirt box structure consisting of a base tray and a separate lid; both the bottom and top parts are laid out side by side on the same sheet.
- The rectangular base features diagonal fold allowances (triangular flaps) at all four corners, allowing the box to be folded into a sturdy, neatly cornered tray even without adhesive.
- The lid piece is a telescopic (slip-over) style that wraps the base from the outside; thanks to the inner flaps and locking tabs, a flat and clean surface is achieved when the lid is in place.
- The glue tabs at the ends of the side walls, along with the locking tabs on the base and lid, allow for both glued and glue-free assembly, making it suitable for small runs and hand assembly.
- Since parameters such as length, width, height, lid height, and clearance gap are adjustable, the design can be scaled for various products such as shirts, knitwear, towels, gift sets, textile presentation, and boutique retail packaging.
- Its clean surfaces provide an ideal canvas for personalizing the box with premium finishes such as offset printing, hot foil stamping, embossing, and coated/chromo board.
