- It is an open-top tray-form box with a rectangular base and double-layered side walls on all four sides, designed to serve as the bottom part of shirt boxes.
- The side walls are reinforced with outward-folding flaps; this gives the walls double thickness and provides a noticeably sturdier, more upright structure compared to single-layer trays.
- The locking tabs at the corners and the inner flaps allow tool-free interlocking assembly without the use of adhesive; the box can be shipped flat and quickly set up at the point of use.
- Since dimensions can be customized through length, width, height, side flap, inner flap, orientation, and tolerance parameters, it can be produced in suitable sizes for various contents such as shirts, textile products, gift items, or stationery.
- It is prepared to be used as the bottom tray of the classic two-piece shirt box system, in which the top lid is designed as a separate piece; it is suitable for production with materials such as corrugated board, coated cardboard, or kraft.
