- This is a cross (honeycomb) type interlocking divider (separator) template that separates the items inside the box into individual compartments, preventing them from hitting each other and getting damaged during transport.
- It consists of two separate parts: the shorter strips run along the length, and the longer ones run along the width; they are joined together at right angles via the matching notches on them.
- Since the number of compartments along the length and width can be set independently, it can be customized into different grid layouts such as 2x2, 3x4, 6x12 to obtain the desired number of cells.
- It requires no gluing or locking; the strips self-lock when slotted into each other, and when not in use they can be stored flat and take up little space.
- It is ideal for shipping fragile or delicate products such as glass bottles, jars, perfumes, glasses, light bulbs, and electronic components in compartments inside a box.
- Since the length, width, and height dimensions as well as the margin (edge clearance) parameter are adjustable, it can be tailored to fit precisely the inner dimensions of almost any standard box.
