It is a corrugated cardboard separator in the form of a simple tray with a rectangular base and four sides folded upward; it is placed inside the box to secure products and prevent them from contacting each other.
It is prepared by folding from a single-piece flat die-cut; since it requires no gluing or locking, it can be assembled quickly and stored flat.
Its side walls fit inside the box, preventing products from sliding sideways; it is a practical solution especially for grouping fragile items such as glass bottles, jars, cosmetics, and electronic accessories.
Length, width, and height values can be customized according to your product, allowing it to be positioned as an inner tray or intermediate layer that fits perfectly inside the main carton.
Thanks to the orientation option, the flute direction can be adjusted according to the weight of the product being carried, which enhances the separator's strength performance.
With the margin (tolerance) setting, an inner divider that fits the box's internal dimensions without jamming or gaps is achieved by leaving appropriate clearance.
