This is a classic two-piece shirt box structure: the bottom base and the separate slip-over lid are used together, allowing easy insertion and removal of the contents.
Both the bottom and top pieces consist of a base, four side walls, and inward-folding flaps. The triangular flaps at the corners fold into the side walls, providing a clean and sturdy corner joint.
Thanks to its glue-free assembly logic, the box can be shipped flat and quickly set up when needed.
With options for length, width, height, and lid height, it can be adapted to different content sizes such as shirts, textiles, gift items, presentation sets, and corporate gift packaging.
The gap parameter between the lid and the body allows you to adjust whether the lid fits tightly or loosely on the base, ensuring smooth compatibility with different cardboard thicknesses.
With wide, flat surfaces suitable for printing, embossing, foil stamping, or label application, it can also be used as a branded presentation box.

Preview feature allows you to preview the custom dieline before downloading. Previews for custom dielines are available for Monthly and Annual Subscribers. For credit users, preview feature is time-limited.
If you purchase 1 credit:
The preview feature will be enabled for up to 24 Hours. 24 hour period starts when the credit purchase is made. Once the credit is used to download a custom dieline, the preview feature will not be available. Please note that, the credits themselves do not expire but they grant time-limited access to the preview feature.
If you purchase 5 credits:
The preview feature will be enabled for up to 10 Days. 10 day period starts when the credit purchase is made. Once the all credits are used to download custom dielines, the preview feature will not be available.
If you purchase 10 credits:
The preview feature will be enabled for up to 30 Days. 30 day period starts when the credit purchase is made. Once the all credits are used to download custom dielines, the preview feature will not be available.
