- This is a tray-style corrugated cardboard box die with a rectangular base, tall side walls, and a one-piece hinged lid; the lid is attached to the body at the back and closes toward the front.
- The triangular flaps at the corners (yellow fold lines) tuck inward to keep the side walls upright, providing a sturdy tray form without the need for adhesive.
- The lid features a front tuck tab that fits against the front face of the body; this tab locks on the inside to prevent the box from opening during transport.
- Since the length, width, height, and lid height parameters can be adjusted independently, the dimensions can easily be adapted to products of varying heights such as jars, bottles, canned goods, or honey and jam sets.
- Thanks to the orientation and margin options, the die can be rotated to suit your printing press or sheet direction, helping to reduce material waste.
