- This is a high-sided tray-style corrugated cardboard box die designed for bulk transportation and display of glass jars, bottles, or canned goods.
- It consists of a wide one-piece base and short side flaps that fold up from both ends; this structure makes the box both stable and quick to assemble.
- Vertical crease lines on the base form internal dividers that separate jars or bottles, preventing the products from bumping into each other during transport.
- The softened corner radii (r and r1) on the side flaps both reduce the risk of nicks during handling and provide a clean appearance in printing.
- Suitable for retail shelf display or wholesale shipment of heavy glass packaging such as honey, jam, pickles, sauces, beverage bottles, and similar products; thanks to its open-top design, the products remain directly visible.
- By adjusting the length, width, height, side flap, and corner radius values, you can customize the die to fit the size and quantity of jars/bottles you use.
