- This die is a classic tray-style box with a rectangular base and four side walls, forming the bottom section of shirt boxes; it is used as a two-piece set together with a separate lid that fits over the top.
- The triangular flaps at the corners fold inward and tuck under the side walls, producing a sturdy tray with clean corners without using adhesive or with only minimal gluing.
- The additional flaps that fold against the inner side of the walls (inner liner) give the box a double-walled appearance and extra durability, while also concealing the cut edges to provide a clean interior surface.
- The wide, flat base surface is suitable for placing folded shirts, knitwear, textile products, towel sets and similar gift items without wrinkling.
- Since it can be dimensioned through parameters such as length, width, height, inner flap depth and side flap angle, it can easily be adapted to different sizes and product volumes.
