- The top lid features a curved tongue extending forward; this tongue slots into the opening on the front wall, locking the box without adhesive and providing practical use suitable for repeated opening and closing.
- The triangular tabs at the ends of the side walls fold inward and lock under the long edges; this reinforces the corners and allows the box to safely bear the load of glass jars, bottles, or heavy products placed inside.
