This is a square-shaped single separator design placed in the exact center of a wide-based, low-height rectangular box.
The pyramid-like folding flap at the center secures the product from a single point, preventing it from sliding inside the box and getting damaged during impact.
With length, width, height, orientation and margin parameters, it can be produced to perfectly fit both the outer box dimensions and the position of the product to be secured.
It is prepared by cutting and folding a single piece of corrugated cardboard; since it requires no additional gluing, it provides quick assembly and low cost.
It is particularly suitable for packaging applications where a single item such as a perfume bottle, cosmetic jar, small electronic accessory or gift item needs to remain upright and stable in the center of the box.
Since the position and size of the central opening can be adjusted with the margin value, it can easily be adapted to products of different diameters.
