- This is a tall, slim rectangular tuck-end carton box die with a bottom lock; it is suitable for elongated packaging such as perfume, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, toothpaste, supplements, and similar products.
- The top features a classic tuck-in closure system with a closing tab and side dust flaps, allowing the product to be easily inserted and securely sealed.
- The bottom base has a four-piece bottom lock structure (not a crash lock, but a manually assembled lock); when the box is opened, the pieces interlock to form a sturdy base.
- The glue flap on the side wall, with a single gluing point, allows the box to be shipped flat and to be opened and set up by hand at the moment of use.
- Since the length, width, and height values, along with the glue flap, closing tab, side flap, and bottom lock allowances, can be parametrically adjusted, it can be easily adapted to different product dimensions.
- The clean surface design offers a wide visual area suitable for offset and digital printing, as well as post-press applications such as foil stamping, varnishing, and embossing.
