With its vertical rectangular prism form and tall, narrow body, it is an ideal crash-lock bottom carton box for products such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, toothpaste, and tea packets.
The bottom base is assembled with a four-piece interlocking lock system that snaps together by hand, creating a sturdy base without the need for tape or glue.
The top lid features a single-piece closing flap and side dust protection wings; the box has a reclosable structure.
It includes a separate glue flap for the side seam; thanks to this flap, the body can be glued at a single point and shipped flat.
Length, width, height, glue flap, bottom lock allowance, direction, and boundary parameters are adjustable, allowing easy adaptation to different product dimensions.
Designed for manual assembly, it offers a practical solution for low-volume production runs and boutique packaging projects.
