- This is a rigid paperboard die-cut box model in slider/matchbox construction, consisting of two parts: an outer sleeve and a separate tray that slides inside.
- The inner tray forms a closed drawer shape with its base, four side walls and glue flaps; the outer sleeve is designed as a tunnel open at both ends, allowing the tray to slide in smoothly.
- Since the tray panels are reinforced with side inner allowances and bottom flaps, the corners stay square, the box retains its shape during sliding, and the contents remain properly secured.
- It is suitable for high-presentation packaging such as phone accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, chocolate, gift items and boutique products; thanks to its coated or specially laminated surface, it offers a premium appearance well suited to printing, foil stamping and embossing applications.
- Length, width and height, as well as the tray's bottom inner allowance, side inner allowance, bottom flap, bottom side flap and glue flap values can be adjusted individually, allowing the sliding tolerance between the outer sleeve and the inner tray to be set precisely according to the product.
- With direction and boundary options, the drawing is positioned to fit the material width and printing flow in use, minimizing waste.
