- This is a classic snap-lock bottom (1-2-3 bottom) box die with a rectangular base and a tall, upright body; suitable for elongated packaging such as perfume, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, supplements, and similar products.
- The base features a four-panel interlocking snap-lock system; the flaps are manually tucked into each other for quick assembly, with no gluing required at the bottom.
- A glue flap is located on one of the side walls; this allows the body to be joined with a single glue line and shipped flat, saving space in storage.
- Since no locking tab or lid detail is visible at the top, the body remains plain and open to a separately designed closure solution; it can be paired with a tuck-top lid or a tab-lock lid as desired.
- It can be resized according to product dimensions through parameters such as length, width, height, glue flap, bottom lock allowance, orientation, and boundary settings.
- Ideal for medium and lightweight products, the bottom lock enables fast manual assembly by hand and secure transport.
