- Classic gift/presentation box die with a rectangular base and a separate lid; the bottom tray and top lid function as two independent pieces that fit over one another.
- The side walls feature double-layered tabs and an inner allowance structure, making the edges suitable for cardboard lamination (wrapping) and giving the box a clean, sturdy appearance.
- On both the bottom and top pieces, the front/back folding flaps interlock with the side tabs, allowing assembly with no glue or only minimal gluing.
- Length, width, and height can be adjusted independently, and the front/back heights of the bottom and top can also be set separately; this enables different variations such as domed, sloped, or standard flat lids.
- Prepared by laminating coated or specialty paper onto rigid cardboard, it is suitable for gift items, cosmetic sets, corporate presentations, boutique confectionery, and premium packaging applications.
- Thanks to the inner side flap and tray inner allowance options, the interior surface of the box can also be neatly wrapped, achieving a smooth finish on surfaces that come into contact with the product.
