- This is a shoe box die made of corrugated cardboard, designed to close in a single motion thanks to its hinged lid and the locking tab that slots into the lock slit on the front face of the body.
- Two round peep/ventilation holes are symmetrically positioned on the front and back faces; this allows the box to breathe while also giving a partial view of the product inside.
- Curved finger notches are located on the side walls, allowing the lid to be lifted easily and making the box convenient to carry on shelves or in storage.
- Its double-locking structure prevents the lid from opening unintentionally during transport and eliminates the need for additional tape or adhesive.
- It is designed together with a separate bottom piece (second die) that supports the inner base; this double-layered base enhances floor strength even for heavy shoes.
- Since all critical dimensions—primarily length, width, height and lid height, as well as lock length, lock width, ear angle and hole clearance—can be adjusted parametrically, the design can be adapted to different models such as boots, sneakers, classic shoes or children's shoes.
