- This is a long rectangular tray-style box assembled from a single-piece die-cut blank with a hinged lid; the bottom tray and the hinged top lid are integrated on the same die layout.
- The top lid features a forward-extending tuck flap that slides into the inner side of the front wall, keeping the box closed without adhesive and allowing repeated opening and closing.
- The side walls are reinforced by inward-folding side flaps at both ends of the box; thanks to these flaps, the corners lock together without glue and the tray retains its shape during transport.
- With its wide base and low side walls, it offers a suitable interior volume for arranging glass-packaged products such as honey jars, jam, pickles, preserves, bottled beverages, or gift food sets side by side.
- Since it can be dimensioned through parameters such as length, width, height, side flap, tuck flap, orientation, and margin, it is well suited to be customized for different jar and bottle sizes.
- It can be quickly die-cut from flat cardboard or micro-fluted corrugated board and folded along the crease lines to be assembled, providing a practical solution for retail presentation and gift packaging.
