- This is the packaging type known as the classic Chinese food (noodle / take-out) box, with its tapered top and wide, rounded base.
- It is assembled by folding from a single-piece die-cut; thanks to its angled base cut, it self-locks in a leak-resistant manner and requires no additional gluing.
- The top lid features opposing flaps with a tongue-lock detail in the center; when closed, the tab on one flap slots into the slit on the other, providing a practical closure.
- When the lid is closed, it forms a small handle/hanging hole on top to facilitate carrying; a wire handle can also be attached if desired.
- It is suitable for restaurant, takeaway and food-truck use, serving hot and cold portioned foods such as noodles, rice, fried items, salads, fruit, snacks and similar products.
- It can be scaled to different portion volumes via length, width, height and base diameter parameters; the orientation option ensures proper alignment of the print layout.
