- This is a food box die with a low-profile, two-piece tray-and-lid structure on a rectangular base with a pronounced long edge; the separate top piece serves as the lid, while the bottom piece functions as the tray that holds the contents.
- The tray section features triangular side flaps on both long edges; these flaps fold inward and are secured by the glue tabs on the short edges, thereby forming double-layered, sturdy side walls.
- The lid piece is designed as a flat sliding cover that fits over the tray; the curl allowances on its inner edges ensure that the lid sits properly on the tray and opens and closes easily.
- It is a suitable form for the presentation of low-height foods such as baklava, Turkish delight, cookies, macarons, chocolate, and gift confectionery, as well as for bakery and delicatessen packaging.
- Since the length, width, height, and the wall widths of the length and width can be parameterized separately, the depth and wall allowances can be customized according to the product volume; the orientation option allows the print layout to be adjusted according to the paper grain.
- The independent definition of the glue tab, lid glue tab, inner flap, and side flap dimensions provides a clean assembly suitable for mass production using both manual and automatic gluing machines.
