It is a multi-compartment separator die designed for in-box partitioning, consisting of parallel dividing walls placed vertically on a flat base board.
Since the number of compartments and compartment width can be parametrically adjusted, it is easily customized according to the quantity of bottles, jars, cosmetic products, or fragile parts.
The height value can be determined according to the product's length dimension; thus, products are transported in a stable and upright position inside the box without touching each other side by side.
It works with an interlocking logic that requires no gluing; it is quickly assembled by seating the vertical walls into the slots die-cut on the flat board.
It is used as an internal organizer in packaging where multiple items are carried in a single box, such as delicatessen products, beverages, perfumes, pharmaceutical ampoules, and gift sets.
Thanks to the orientation option, the separator can be positioned parallel to either the long or short edge of the main box and made compatible with the existing box dimensions.
