- It is a classic one-piece food box die consisting of a nested bottom tray and a hinged top lid; the lid is attached to the body at the back and closes toward the front.
- The side walls fold inward with triangular flaps to form a double-layered structure; this allows the box to be assembled without glue and provides a sturdier, neater appearance at the edges.
- The lid is designed with a long inner flap along its front edge, which tucks into the inside of the front wall when closed, locking the box and preventing the contents from spilling out.
- Thanks to its elongated form with a rectangular base, it is suitable for the presentation and takeaway service of foods such as sandwiches, hot dogs, pastries, chocolate, macarons, cookies, or small bakery products.
- Since parameters such as length, width, height, wall widths, lid height, and side flap angle can be adjusted, different variations ranging from a shallow tray form to a deeper food box can be produced according to product dimensions.
- It is suitable for production with corrugated cardboard or thick kraft board; for the inner surface in contact with food, food-grade paper/coating is recommended.
