- This is a tray-type box die with low side walls and an open top; it is preferred for displaying and transporting fruits, vegetables, bakery products, and items in glass jars such as jam, honey, and pickles.
- It has a classic open tray form in which four side walls are joined at the corners by triangular flaps over a rectangular base; thanks to this design, the box can be folded and assembled without the use of adhesive.
- The triangular flaps at the corners are folded inward and secured to the inner surface of the long side wall; this joint gives the walls a double-layer thickness, increasing the box's load-bearing strength.
- The inner locking tabs on the long side walls fix the triangular flaps in place, keeping the assembly secure and ensuring the walls stand upright.
- Dimensions can be customized through parameters such as length, width, height, side flap width, orientation, and boundaries; this allows production at scales suitable for jar size, product quantity, or shelf arrangement.
- It is suitable for application on corrugated cardboard or thick kraft paperboard; it can be used for food presentation, as a gift basket base, and as a retail display tray.
